The Dark Urge

The Dark Urge - Completed my first playthrough yesterday, a dark urge with mixed feelings about it, but mostly trying to resist it. Adds so much depth to the game, and besides two unavoidable situations. They are *killed* by bhaal. Gortash doesn’t seem to care either, he has a few extra sentences, but you being dark urge makes no difference in how things play out. Orin is the only one who reacts reasonably (ironically). Finding that line has been frustratingly elusive despite finding multiple dark urge playthroughs, though i have seen enough and enough other character's speak of the urge's birth. Dark urge does not die: I'm not clear on when a god can or cannot kill a mortal, but they can definitely do so if they have an undisputed claim on the soul.

Dark Urge Does Not Die:

I'm not clear on when a god can or cannot kill a mortal, but they can definitely do so if they have an undisputed claim on the soul. They are *killed* by bhaal. Completed my first playthrough yesterday, a dark urge with mixed feelings about it, but mostly trying to resist it. Adds so much depth to the game, and besides two unavoidable situations.

Orin Is The Only One Who Reacts Reasonably (Ironically).

Gortash doesn’t seem to care either, he has a few extra sentences, but you being dark urge makes no difference in how things play out. Finding that line has been frustratingly elusive despite finding multiple dark urge playthroughs, though i have seen enough and enough other character's speak of the urge's birth.
